I am not a professional athlete who builds my life around training, but I have found ways to consistently build training into my life. After a ton of time spent experimenting and learning how to fit in fitness, I want to share that knowledge, experience, and love – whether you want to simply ground a weekly exercise habit, run your first 5K or trail race, or level up and work toward a PR or longer distance.
Above all, we’ll have fun while building consistency into an often unpredictable life, with the goal of ultimately expanding your own idea of what’s possible.
Option 1: One-on-One Coaching
$150/month
I ask that you commit to at least 3 months to start; it takes time to build a relationship and see progress. As James Clear adds to the old adage, “Rome wasn’t built in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour.”
This includes a personalized coaching plan, unlimited ability to communicate with us via email or training log to adjust plans as needed in real-time, and good-vibes accountability.

Option 2: Drop-in Consultation
$45/hour
Maybe you’re not quite ready to commit to a coach, but you have a race coming up and want some specific guidance. This could be anything from mapping out your training broadly, to managing your nutrition on race day, to questions about gear. The conversation is guided by you, so you get what you need!
