Maybe you’re a new parent, recalibrating your life around this massive responsibility. If you’re a new mother, maybe you’re grappling with a shifting athletic identity and how to approach training.

What might you all have in common? An interest in caring for your health and wellbeing, but an ever-changing window of time to put in the work – and not a lot of capacity to figure out what to do and when.
