I want you to believe that it’s possible and life-enhancing to consistently pursue what you care about.
Maybe you’re a professional with a demanding job that requires frequent travel, or a medical resident who works long, unpredictable hours. Maybe you’re a new mom, recalibrating your life around this massive responsibility and grappling with a shifting athletic identity.
What might you all have in common? An interest in caring for your health and wellbeing, but an ever-changing window of time to put in the work – and not a lot of capacity to figure out what to do and when.
I’m here to help you adapt on the fly when life happens, hold you accountable with love, and make exercise fun!
